The cleanliness is ok, they provide wifi in room and hot water, also pretty comfy bed 3.   The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. They speak good English. The rooms are very spacious and always kept clean. The location of the hotel is very convenient to shopping malls, parks, chocolate/tea/coffee factories, historical places and landmarks. But what my husband and kids loved most is the variety of food (very affordable) ava... vad folk säger » ilable just around the corner. Taxis are anywhere. If I were to go to Malaysia and stay in KL again, I would definitely book at Hotel Imperial. Two- - Location is superb, close to Bukit Bintang Monorail. All daily needs can be found around this hotel. Shopping malls, fast food, cafe, groceries store, food massage can be reached 5 minutes by walk. Highly recommended.
