Bra lokerat hotell, bra frukost, trevlig personal. De flesta rummen ar rena och fina. - near to shopping malls - Staff was eventually friendly and helpful. Room was pretty clean. Services was good.

The warm and friendly welcome when we arrive, we have used this hotel for the last three years when in KL. Hot water is on tap for coffee/tea making (provide your own ingredients) cold water too. Lounge area on first floor, and though check out is at twelve they do allow us a room to take a shower if we are on a late flight. I would recommend this

The location is great! Hawker stalls are just around the hotel, so one gets a very wide choice of what one likes to eat. The location was great. Right next door to the Pasar Seni train station,
and across the road from china town and central markets. The hop-on-hop-
off bus stops right outside too. I am glad we got this one instead of
right inside china town as I can't imagine trying to get through the

THe location was perfect. We arrived at 5am and were concerned about
getting to our hotel so we picked this one right next to a train
station. The transfer went smoothly and the hotel staff gave us our room
at 5am! The next morning we walked to the bird and butterfly sanctuary
stopping at a mosk and a few other tourist spots. In the afternoon we
walked to the kl Tower... And then found out there is a free bus to
shuttle tourists around kl. The added bonus is that one of the bus stops

Near LRT plaza rakyat and Pudusentral bus station that you can get Genting from here. Breakfast is good taste and I love comfort pillows and bed. Clean hotel, friendly helpful staff, value for money. Taxi Cost RM 80 from airport, RM60 back to airport. Approx 35mins walk to KL tower/Petronas tower area. RM40 in taxi to Batu Cave. Beside Chinatown.

Staff makes us feel comfortable.
We came KL at 5 am, it was so early to check-in, but Ancasa Express @Pudu did not take any extra charge due to early check-in *happie :)*. Awesome view :"P
Transportation is very convenience for who wanna take a shuttle bus to Genting & Cameron highlands, etc.

I take this opportunity to thank the staff, to be exact is Ms.Kay, she is quickest receptionist I had ever seen. Every time I go to travel I am forced to stay at the reception for a while till they finish my registration. Ms. Kay was helpful and patient enough to answer all my questions. The breakfast is great, I am really happy to be there, and surely will be there again. the room was super clean and I liked the view from the window

say excellent about the cleanliness But my wardrobe was dusty. Upon
escort any guest to room, room orientation is well needed there, as I
kept ask -
i booked a honey moon suite and it was the best room which any one can get,it had inbuilt jacuzzi and very very neat room.
Staff were excellent.
Indian street was close by ,just 2 streets across,so there was no issue about indian food.
China town is walkable distance people looking for value for money shopping.
Burger king, mc donalds is very close by.
