  Iman, who greeted me upon my evening check-in was an absolute gem throughout my stay - very knowledgeable about traveling in all of Asia, and willing to take time to talk. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The (single) room was comfortable enough, though I had initial shock at the shoebox size. Very comfortable shared space what makes it easy to get to know other travelers or just chilling out with your feet up on one of the couches. Big screen Mac for everybody to use. Very helpful and humorous staff.
