  The warm and friendly welcome when we arrive, we have used this hotel for the last three years when in KL. Hot water is on tap for coffee/tea making (provide your own ingredients) cold water too.   I like the first impression of the staff not the location. But doorman or Bellman,has to be outside sometimes, I understand it's hot out side But sometimes, I got lost with my Taxi driver when I came, even my friend when came to visit me. Staff were excellent. Indian street was close by ,just 2 streets across,so there was no issue about indian food. China town is walkable distance people looking for value for money shopping. Burger king, mc donalds is very close by.
