  I like the first impression of the staff not the location. But doorman or Bellman,has to be outside sometimes, I understand it's hot out side But sometimes, I got lost with my Taxi driver when I came, even my friend when came to visit me. Staff were excellent. Indian street was close by ,just 2 streets across,so there was no issue about indian food. China town is walkable distance people looking for value for money shopping. Burger king, mc donalds is very close by.

  We are a family of 6 from Australia. Family own run the hotel, feel very welcome, excellent location for food, entertainment, shopping and city sight seeing. A walk to every where.   Location was perfect for food, bars and generally getting around. It pays to walk around the area as the traffic is a bit hectic at nighttime. The hotel furnishings are dated but can be considered as Retro. A fresh coat of paint would give it life. All in all the staff where great, all smiles and very helpful. Friendly staff and especially one called Robert bell boy/driver was very helpful. Good swimming pool including for kids. Good view of the city skyscrapers from the rooms. Value for money and very spacious.

  I really like this hotel rooms and service, it is new hotel and everything is new and clean, the rooms and the furniture is so beautiful better the seven star hotel, the bathroom is a nice and there is a spa all executive suites and joiner suites - The staffs are so friendly, very helpful and good customer service.

  A brand new hotel-apartment. It's reasonably priced and good if you are driving but there's also a lrt station nearby I think. Staff was helpful. There's a self service laundry downstairs and an Old Town white coffee next door at Ibis Style Hotel. The apartment is spotless clean, spacious and very comfortable. Swimming pool is okay. This is not a tourist hotel though. - One Stop Residence was a comfortable, clean, well priced apartment. Very easy to get into KLCC and other areas using the LRT, as well as being able to connect to the Komuter when required. Some very cheap (and good) eateries in the area. I also liked that there was a guest laundry to be able to keep on top of the washing whilst travelling.

  We have been traveling to KL often and this hotel is the best value for money, comfort, cleanliness, location, and quality we've found. Good breakfast, fast Wi-Fi in rooms and public areas, and an MRL train station practically at the hotel just added to the all round value.
