  The staff were friendly and knew me as this is my second visit to the hotel. My request for room with window were met and again it was a breeze to check in. - Convenience,friendly staff and very helpful, fuss free check in, rooms are comfortable with big bathroom.

  I like the idea of having a safe box which is not a common item found at any hotel especially for a budget hotel. Hotel location is quite strategic but due to the current construction in progress, the location is a little bit far from bukit bintang.   I liked the view from my room. It was an amazing and fabulous experience. The service was quick also. Had great please in staying in this Hotel. Keep up the efforts Hotel Management - Less than 10 minute walking distance to Putra World Trade Centre. LRT Sultan Ismail and PWTC is also near. Easy Chinese and Indian street food.   I liked the staff more. Most of them were friendly especially Vishwa. I come from Ghana and am telling all my friends to lodge at this hotel when they come to Malaysia - The room was clean and has a nice smile when we enter and the bathroom was nice. Despite, some bad comments i gave i do recommend this hotel.
