  Great location: the city center, very close to many attractions and bus station. Friendly staff, the room was clean and there is a very nice view outside the window. - The staff was very friendly. They helped us with everything we needed. Helpful indeed. The location was very good.   Staff makes us feel comfortable. We came KL at 5 am, it was so early to check-in, but Ancasa Express @Pudu did not take any extra charge due to early check-in *happie :)*. Every time I go to travel I am forced to stay at the reception for a while till they finish my registration. Ms. Kay was helpful and patient enough to answer all my questions. The breakfast is great, I am really happy to be there, and surely will be there again. the room was super clean and I liked the view from the window
