  As it is a new hotel, everything looks and feel clean, hopefully it will be like this all the times. They upgrade me to a deluxe room without charging me extra. - like the atmosphere true my stay there. The room is excellent, very big and conferteable for 2 adult and 3 kids. Will definitely stay there again

The bell captain Mr Che Adlan HJ Ibrahim has worked for the Hotel for 12 years and is a wealth of information and speaks very good english. Most staff are very friendly and very helpful.   I'm having difficulties at Primula Beach Resort once woke up early in the morning for shopping at Pasar Payang, 1 of my tyre flat. Luckily, their staff with warm heart willing to help us & send the tyre to nearest workshop. Their staff really friendly & helpful.
