Very central location, very helpful friendly front desk staffs,just to
name a few-Grace,Susan,Kim.....We just finished our tour from
Thaland,Singapore and West Malaysia,this hotel room by far was the best.
Modern,Clean,great bathroom,enjoy the shower space,comfortable bed and

I stayed at Horizon for 3days during my holiday to Sabah
recently..There's nothing we dont like about this hotel, our stay
was worth it..I Wish we could stay a bit longer at Horizon..The view
is breathtaking, the staff is very helpfull, we get our room (with sea
view) as per requested in the booking and they even upgrade our room
to deluxe king as i've mention in my booking that we were
travelling with our baby and it's foc..i will surely stay at this

Staff here were excellent in particular the concierge service (special mention to Sylver and Philip for going out of their way to be helpful and friendly). The Le Meridien is a nice, well presented hotel, the rooms are clean / nice and the pool area is fun and very well maintained.

Everything was fantastic.
For such a large hotel the staff were extremely friendly.
The service was excellent..
We loved the hotel location and the location of the gym looking over the sea would have to be the best location for a gym we have been in.
We also really enjoyed the sundowner with the staff on the Wednesday evening.
The f old at the restaurant was of a high standard and the service we could not fault.
Thankyou for a superb stay!

good location for shopping and food, and they had reserve a parking for us, when come back from other place, can park directly, room very nice compare with many KL 4 or 5 star hotel...Excellent!! I'll be back~~ -

lady man - Love the furniture and atmoshphere of the room. Warmth, luxury, and all promised on the images seen was there. Reliable and consistent services just like other Novotel Hotels Chains brand we expected. This is a very nice business-grade hotel in KK, where it's so hard to find a clean and quiet at affordable price! Highly recommend this place. For such a quality hotel, I would consider it to be cheap and very good value for money.
The room is spacious and clean. Love the design of room which has a large sofa and a King size bed. The flat screen TV set is put in between the bed and the sofa and has a 360° rotating board, this gives me the luxury to enjoy watching tv, either from the bed
