  Staffs at the reception and bell service were helpfull and customer oriented. Assist with road directions and service with smiles. Rooms are clean as housekeeping did a fantastic job except have to wait for 11/2 days to get an iron & board. Waterpark fantastic and the childrens love it..will come back again. - My kids Love the waterpark! Room... vad folk säger » was clean & most of the items in room are new. Friendly & helpful staff. Saw the shuttle service to nearest shopping malls n city centre but didnt get to try it due to our short stay. Will try it next time.
