I was impressed by his action to have barriers placed around the edges of the raised platform in the lobby. The location was perfect for our research in Insadong. I ordered room service - I appreciated the luxury appartment which I already knew, as well as the very central and convenient location. Superb view on the city and/or the mountains and the palaces area.. Upgrading given on the first stay (one bedroom to two bedrooms), which gave us even more free space. The kitchen is well equipped, so it's really possible to cook (especially breakfast, as coffee and pastries are very expensive in the whole area) So with a family, you can save money easily on this post. The hotel location is excellent (airport bus service stops right in front of the hotel, connected to a mall and subway). Staff had good command of English and were always ready to offer help. Prompt replies when I enquired about something with the hotel via email. Design of the room was beautiful, especially the lounge chair by the window and the smart controls in the room.

  Nice apartment-style rooms, good beds. We loved the jacuzzi and the hot tube in the gym área downstairs. Fantastic to relax after walking around all day. A small supermarket, two good restaurants and a very nice cafe next door and more cafes and restaurants near by.   Stayed here for a 2 week holiday. Don't let the small alley fool you, this is a top-notch hotel right in the heart of the most prestigious part of Seoul. The Hotel looks very nice, all the interior is very neat and modern, very clean as well, felt like I was in a very high quality residence. My room was ninja cleaned every day regardl - Staff: The staff was very friendly and explained everything properly - how to use the laundry machine, how to use the computer, the tv, the spas, the wi-fi, etc. They even accompanied us to the limousine airport bus stop to make sure we would find it. They gave us maps of the city and suggested places to visit. Honestly, top notch excellent service. Amongst the best services I ever had. Room : The room was very comfortable, the bathroom had a jacuzzi and sets of cream, lotions, hair gels, etc.

  Everything about this hotel, rooms, staff, food was all right. Friendly, nice and helpful people. Good location, direct connection with the Incheon airport for ca. 15 $. - Proximity to COEX, the exhibition center and shopping mall. CALT City Airport Terminal is also at walking distance where you can check-in. Very friendly staff.
