  A very well organised business. - The hotel is very luxurious but a bit outdated. The rooms are cosy and bed very comfortable. I'll probably return to this hotel during my next business trip to Seoul.

  Everything! The staff are extra friendly, caring and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The resturant is great and the food is delicious. - Location. Underneath the hotel is a shopping arcade with excellent restaurants and coffee shops at local prices.

  Great staff and speak good English. Super location for shopping, dinning, and sightseeing. Room is very spacious and facility is top level.   Location was very central. 5 min walk to Seoul Station and 10 min walk to Nam San Cable Station. Very convenient. All staff can speak good english. Excellent service. - Great location and excellent view of Namsan (and Seoul Tower) from the room. Nice, quiet and cozy. Will come back here again.
