  The staff we're really friendly. They helped us with everything and spoke enough English to help us with our needs. The washroom did clog up, but the cleaning lady came in about 15 minutes to fix it. The beds were comfort and big enough. We were traveling with 4 adults and we got the family room. Best this about the room was the washing machine, ... vad folk säger » but we had to hang all our clothes around the room. The location was great, 5 minutes to the subway and the buses around take you to a lot of places. - Friendly English speaking staff. Reasonable pricing for a big and comfortable family room that could even accommodate more than 4 adults. Great location. 5-10 minutes walk to subway, 10-15 minutes walk to Dondaemun shopping area,,15-20 minutes walk to Namdaemun and Myeongdong shopping area. Surrounded with restaurants and convenient stores. It's only 5 mins walk to the bus station for the shuttle bus to Incheon Airport which cost only 10,000 wons per person.   The location of this hotel is great, right in the heart of Myeongdong. It's easy to go around because it is close to the subway station. The staff are nice and helpful.   The friendly and courteous staff, clean rooms, excellent service and facilities. What more can I ask for? The breakfast was superb! We had our dinner at the restaurant on the lift level, it was delicious and reasonably priced too.   Stayed here for a 2 week holiday. Don't let the small alley fool you, this is a top-notch hotel right in the heart of the most prestigious part of Seoul. The Hotel looks very nice, all the interior is very neat and modern, very clean as well, felt like I was in a very high quality residence. The staff are very nice and very helpful, speak English ... vad folk säger » pretty well at the lobby. Whenever I needed something they were able to help very quickly and efficiently. My room was ninja cleaned every day regardl - Staff: The staff was very friendly and explained everything properly - how to use the laundry machine, how to use the computer, the tv, the spas, the wi-fi, etc. They even accompanied us to the limousine airport bus stop to make sure we would find it. They gave us maps of the city and suggested places to visit. Honestly, top notch excellent service. Amongst the best services I ever had. Room : The room was very comfortable, the bathroom had a jacuzzi and sets of cream, lotions, hair gels, etc.

  When we arrived we realized we booked the wrong night, a day later. Without any problems or extra payments they changed the booking. Very helpful and nice staff. Hotel is a good deal in Seoul I guess. Good location, bars and streets around the corner but quiet. The staff was helpful and spoke English well. Breakfast was a mix of Western and Korean so perfect for us. Price was right.   I do have a good window view. For my friend, the window view facing the wall and was not nice at all. View to me very important as i like to see things in the morning. - The wash room had a fancy toilet seat.
