Hotel is located in the Downtown area and only a block away from the Changdeokgung Royal Palace and very close to the Jongmyo Royal Shrine. The subway station is very close as well as the airport limousine bus stops (6011). The room was quite spacious with a big bathroom, but there was no shower curtain. Very pleasant, courteous, friendly and helpful staff. Generous simple complimentary breakfast. Room was simple, yet complemented by drinking machine, PC, TV, spa and array of toiletories. Plenty of eateries nearby but not for shopping. We hopped on to train to Seoul CBD with not much hassles.

The hotel was in an excellent location - 20 yards from Yeoksam subway station. There were lots of good value cafes and restaurants very nearby. The staff were very helpful. The room was very comfortable. There was a PC in the room that could be used for internet access, etc., which was very helpful. -

Even though it was a "love hotel." It was very quiet during our 5 nights stay. I will definitely recommend this hotel to young couples if they are coming into Seoul. My fiancée and I enjoyed our stay here. But be comfortable with each other because the washroom is tinted with glass so you can see other on the other side with the lights turned on. That's why it's called a love hotel.

Location was quite convenient although it took kind of 15 minutes walk from the nearest subway station. There's nearby convenient store located around the hotel area. Great place to stay with children. We stayed there last year and the kids wanted to go back again they enjoyed the wii and the communal area to relax in. They also liked making their own breakfast. Good location for shopping and easy to get to from the airport as well as getting round the city by the subway.

Our stay was great. Rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. And it has all the basic amenities you need. The staff are very are very friendly & helpful esp Kooik & Christine. Warm and friendly staff is definitely a bonus!
The way to the guesthouse is very steep but it is just a 5 mins walk to Myeongdong station and the shopping district.
Overall we were very satisfied with the stay and would definitely stay there again!
