  This guesthouse has a really good location — it is literally 2 minutes from Sinchon Subway Exit 8, so it is very convenient and safe especially when you are coming back late at night. Sinchon is also a great location as it is nearby many attractions such as Hongdae and Dongdaemun. The beds are extremely soft and comfortable, and the rooms are air conditioned and there i - It's located right near the subway station and the bus stops. Airport bus stops there too which was convenient. Plenty of shops nearby including supermarket, pharmacies, street food vendors and many more so it was easy to get what I needed everyday. Room is clean and has everything you need, like kitchenette, private bathroom, washing machine and so on. Got a window so you can always check out the outdoor temperature before heading out.

  The friendliness of the owner Vincent Yoo surprising me as I never seen an owner so care about their client. He will always available if u need any help. It's very near to some of the attractions, like Insadong, Changdeokgung, Hanok Village. N it's also near to a Starbucks coffee which it's signboard written in Korean. She also made kimbap for us before leaving for her trip on Cheosok festival. Mr. Yoo is a very hardworking man who make sure we have enough food and drink in the pantry and he cleaned up the entire area daily for our comfort. We are very touched by their hospitality. A big thank to both of them.

  -Staff: All of them are really nice people! They're really helpful! As we take the early flight to Incheon and we arrived there in morning around 7am, the nornal check-in time is 12nn and we are invited to take rest in the common room and we may take the breakfast~how sweet! Also, the staff will do some clean and tidy up ever - The location is fantastic, just 5 minutes away from the subway station. Not to mention to the numerous wonderful eateries around Hongdae. The House Tel provides excellent breakfast. One can try the tasty Korean side dishes together with steamed rice, bread or instant noodle. Staff are very friendly and the room is huge and comfortable.
