  Great location close to Ueno park and also short distance to Keisei Ueno station where you can catch the skyliner to Narita airport.Travelled with my daughter and we had a twin room, with beautiful view over the pond and park. Room was tasteful and clean,though small but you are in Japan now.Helpful staff,though my daughter speaks japanese so ever... vad folk säger » ything was easier...Next door is Korean restaurant,which was good and the bakeryshop at the hotel ...yummy!Breakfast was good and enjoyed it a lot.Wou - It was our first stay in Tokyo and I suppose that it is the best location to stay if you're there for the city trip and city discovery, it has an easy access to the Narita airport and shinkansen express trains. The hotel is just in front of a beautiful park with the lake full of lotuses. The only thing that we were afraid while we were reading the comments about the hotel was the room size but it wasn't absolutely a problem since the internal room design is perfectly done to fulfill everything

  Nice big comfortable newly renovated rooms. Service staffs spoke English and were very helpful. 10 mins walk to JR Shinjuku station through the covered walkway, which had convenience stores, cafés and shops around. With airport shuttle, made it very convenient to get to / fro from airport. Convenience store within the hotel had food and drinks, wh... vad folk säger » ich was very convenient. - We booked a room for triple occupancy. The room 1869 was really huge for Japan standard. We had a nice view too. Room was spotlessly clean and location was really central. Lots of cafe, restaurants and convinience stores nearby. Staff was really helpful. Convenient as free shuttle to Disneyland was provided and tours can be booked in the lobby.

  The hotel's great location above tube station and next door to the limousine airport bus, just so convenient. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly, always going the extra length. They always make you feel special! Rooms large and comfortable - great bathroom. Breakfast scrumptuous.   Excellent English was spoken .. When we finally checked in it was a breeze. Good sized room even with an extra bed in it. We had a view but more of the Disney car park. Courtesy shuttle from monorail traction to hotel was an added bonus .. It is up hill walking to the station was ok. There is a coin laundry on site, but the dryer seems to take a ... vad folk säger » long time. Wifi is free in the lobby but for Y1000 you can get it in the room with the bonus of being able to have 3 devices use it. We heard no noi - - very conveniently located just opposite to the Monorail Bay Station..can easily walk over ..otherwise they also have shuttle service to the station every 5 mins - Airport shuttle has a stop just at the hotel, very convenient! - we have rooms facing Disneyland can see firework at night and also we have rooms that face the bay front
