  I liked that they made up for the lack of wi-fi by making available a wireless router to use w/ the plug-in internet connection. I liked that the location is conveniently near a bus stop, several convenience stores and a number of restaurants. Also, the overall value for the money is quite good.   I booked this hotel because of its good reviews and after staying there for four nights, I can say that I'm not surprised that it is rated so highly. In this price range this hotel is perfect. Firstly the location, right between Harajuku and Shibuya. Furthermore the staff is extr - - Good location. The hotel is near Harajuku station, Omotesando and Meiji Shrine. Despite of not be located in the major street there´s a sign pointing the hotel direction that makes very easy to find it. - Wonderfull staff! They were very nice and helped me a lot. Specially one of the employes helped a lot teaching me ho to go to Kawaguchiko. - Free water. - The room is compact but very cosy. Good bathroom, nothing to report.   Excellent central location in Asakusa, if that's where you want to stay in Tokyo. It suited us very well for 2 nights, because we wanted to leave early a.m. for Nikko (train from Asakusa). We were pleased to find there are some of Tokyo's main attractions there, others travel out of central Tokyo to see them. Many good re - It was a convenient location - direct line to Shibuya and easy to get many places. It was also a bit of a quieter area which was nice. The room was small but comfortable and had everything you need - including a little balcony with a great view of the river and the Skytree. We used the footbath which was great, the breakfast choice was wonderful and the staff were friendly. The shower was perfect and nice soft water and wonderful heated seat on the toilet.   The staff was very gracious. Towels were changed daily but no sure about bed which was made up daily. However some scuffs on walls and stain in carpet which may have tried to remove. When arrived were given room on 9th floor which was smoking room. When asked if nonsmoking available we were given another room on same floor mildly better. Don't recall that I could make room preference when making online reservation. - Super easy access from Nishi-Shinjuku station (important when you have large luggage), very friendly helpful staff and a clean comfortable room. The hotel also stored our luggage for a few hours after we checked out so that we could sightsee before collecting our bags and heading off somewhere else. Easy walk to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government building and other sights.

  The hotel was very good. The room was small, but bigger than what I usually get in London or Paris. Everything was in order and very clean. The staff is very attentive to the guests and more than eager to help. Unfortunately they do not speak very good English if at all, but this is typical in all of Japan.   All the people are so friendly Easy access to the metro Lots of small shops nearby, my kids love the food like hotdogs ready to eat foods, vending machines. The SUMO and EDO Museum nearby.   Very close to Asakusa and Ginza metro lines which get you a lot of places very easily. Staff spoke some english but I get the impression this hotel is more oriented towards local or business travel. Breakfast was good but not amazing. - Rooms were clean, compact, and modern. The bed mattress was fabulous and water pressure was great. The staff was very pleasant and tried everything possible to assist. We were about 10-15 minutes from Tokyo Station and taxi costs ranged from 840-1360 yen depending on which exit you were picked up from.
