  The bed were clean and comfortable. The location was convenient and easily accessed from the airport. Staffs were friendly and helpful.If you don't speak Japanese , it's not a problem, the staffs can converse well in English. - The bathroom and tub were standard American size not the Japanese size which we liked.   Hotel is about 7 minutes walking from Shinjuku Station and in front of Tochomae Subway Station. Most of the staff speak English. The most impressive situation was when we checked out: due personal reason we needed to check out 1 day before scheduled, we didn't ask for any discount because it was our "fault", but the hotel said this was not fair t... vad folk säger » o us and (as we have paid at check in via credit card) they gave back to us the cash of 1 night. We used to travel all over the world and we have neve - It was the cheap option for a central location to Shinjuku. Observation level of govt building is across the street. You can walk directly to Shin via a subway or take the street. It has many eating options within the hotel should you wish to stay in house. Rooms are small and typical Tokyo style but do the job. Foreigners info desk were really helpful in all matters.
