  Overall a very good hotel. The minimum charge was around 22,000yen/night when I booked, which I first thougt was a bit expensive for a hotel away from center of Tokyo. But a friend recommended and when I stayed for 3 nights, I think it is one of the best good-value hotel I have ever been to. The room is big (40sqm+), bathroom is big and bright. The room has a accessible balcony, which - This is my second time in this hotel. Check-in and check-out were both smooth. The hotel is elegantly clean as always. Staff are polite and friendly. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends who travel a lot in Tokyo and next time I visit Odaiba next year, I will surely stay in this hotel again.

  Staff always very welcoming and efficient. Location is excellent being right at a major transport hub. We appreciated the very easy access from both Narita and Haneda airports. On the 27th floor upwards so no noise.   What i liked most about Hyatt Regency is the location; excellent location, very close to Shinjuku station. And if you are not in the mood for the 5 minute walk to the station, there is the complimentary shuttle bus which leaves from the hotel every 20 minutes to Shinjuku station and Odakyu dept store. Their staff is great, very helpful, efficient ... vad folk säger » and have good command of English. Since we have special dietary needs (halal food) the staff at the caffee were very understanding and helful and warn - Overall nice hotel. But a few points stood out. The Japanese staff were unfailingly polite and obliging. But my check-in was marred by a short Caucasian male concierge staff who cut the queue with another customer without apology. While the local staff were polite they did not hand over enough information such that I repeated myself three times about my Michel Troisgros booking. Access to pool and gym should not be restricted to Passport members but all guests!

  The Concierge, Mrs Fukazawa, was truly excellent. She has superb English and she is always excited to help with any question. Having someone like Ishida who showed initiaitve & outstanding customer service was a complete god send to us at a very stressful time.   Perfect location for Disneyland. You can book bus from the hotel and it takes 30 mins. Also transport link is within walking distance if you wanna go to central Tokyo although it takes a while. There are Aqua City and Decks nearby so shopping is not a problem and plenty of restaurants if you don't wanna travel too far out. I'll stay at this hotel again. - Spacious rooms, free router (wifi) in the room upon request. The hotel exudes luxury but the rates are not as high as the Ritz Carlton's. View from the restaurant at the 30th flr is amazing - we even saw Mt. Fuji! Also, it is accessible to shopping malls (free shuttle bus) and the Daiba station is connected to it.

  Superb and convenient location with train station just next to hotel. Shopping malls and eateries are everywhere around. Room was very spacious and clean. Called house-keeping for child slippers for my daughters and were delivered within 10 minutes.   The location was spot on - we were close to Shinjuku station and in the centre for shopping, restaurants, city lights and ease of transportation with train and taxi access Staff were helpful, English good and room comfortable. We booked a classic double room and had fab views of city - room 2301. Pay - Excellent service by the staff. Especially at the concierge. We missed our airport limosine and got a full refund from the concierge. I was beyond shocked. Only in Japan I could get such honest and sincere treatment. Location is superb. Right in the heart of Shinjuku towards the east exit of the Shinjuku station hardly 5 min walk. Highly recommended for people who wish to enjoy Tokyo night life and shopping and also easy access to other parts of the city.

Service staffs spoke English and were very helpful. 10 mins walk to JR Shinjuku station through the covered walkway, which had convenience stores, cafés and shops around. We had a nice view too. Room was spotlessly clean and location was really central. Lots of cafe, restaurants and convinience stores nearby. Staff was really helpful. Convenient as free shuttle to Disneyland was provided and tours can be booked in the lobby.

  it was our only option since our flight got in very late and none of the trains were running. but it is very convenient if you have a very early flight - Room very clean, staff spoke some English and helpful, next door to Airport was the reason we chose this hotel.

  The room was very large (corner twin room), had a nice view, and it was spotless. The staff were helpful and very professional. The location is very convenient to reach any point in Tokyo (by Metro, railway, or walking). The hotel is in a quiet part of town, specially at night, but there are plenty of restaurants around if you want to walk to dinn... vad folk säger » er. It has great additional services such as a lounge with free tea and coffee 24/7, and free WIFI everywhere in the hotel. The result is very high va - Altough I wanted a non-smoking room but when I reserved with booking there was only smoking room, but when I arrived at the hotel I told them that I am not a smoker and they changed my room to a non-smoking floor, THEREFORE I will give them 10/10 for that! Clean Hotel! Very nice staff and helpful! quiet hotel and area comparing it with alot others. near Mita subway station 2min walk. I would definitely stay here again!
