  This hotel was fantastic! We stayed here for 3 nights when we visited Disneyland and DisneySea for 3 days. The staff speak English really well and are super friendly and helpful. Our room was amazing! So big and it looked out over the water. We had an extremely comfortable king size bed... so big I almost got lost in it. The monorail station is ri... vad folk säger » ght across the street and is an easy 3 minute walk or you can catch the Mickey Mouse themed shuttle bus. I loved our stay here. No complaints at all. - We stayed at the Hilton Tokyo Bay in late Oct 2013, and glad we did. It was a nice to end a trip where our accommodation was superb. We stayed in the 'celebrio' room which was perfect for 2 people, the hotel itself is situated in the Tokyo Disneyland Resort and offers a shuttle to and from the theme parks' station. Even though, it's about 20-25minute train ride from tokyo cbd, because of the amount of trains available, travelling outside of the area is no problem. FYI the monorial for the tokyo

  Excellent English was spoken .. When we finally checked in it was a breeze. Good sized room even with an extra bed in it. We had a view but more of the Disney car park. Courtesy shuttle from monorail traction to hotel was an added bonus .. It is up hill walking to the station was ok. There is a coin laundry on site, but the dryer seems to take a ... vad folk säger » long time. Wifi is free in the lobby but for Y1000 you can get it in the room with the bonus of being able to have 3 devices use it. We heard no noi - - very conveniently located just opposite to the Monorail Bay Station..can easily walk over ..otherwise they also have shuttle service to the station every 5 mins - Airport shuttle has a stop just at the hotel, very convenient! - we have rooms facing Disneyland can see firework at night and also we have rooms that face the bay front

  The bed were clean and comfortable. The location was convenient and easily accessed from the airport. Staffs were friendly and helpful.If you don't speak Japanese , it's not a problem, the staffs can converse well in English. - The bathroom and tub were standard American size not the Japanese size which we liked.   Everything was good ! Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was big and comfy. Nice Breakfast ! Public bath was beautiful, One of the best decorated I´ve ever seen !   The hotel was really excellent in all aspects. It was a 10 min walk from the Shinagawa station on JR line providing easy access to the city areas like Harujuku,Tokyo Station, Shinjuku without the hassle of changing to another Metro line. It is also an extremely peaceful location away from all traffic which is a great plus in Tokyo. Staff was wonderful, spoke excellent English which was a relief for us as we are very limited in our Japanese. Very, very clean & very comfortable beds. Buffet breakfast at the Patio was delicious and featured both Western & Japanese food. Super easy access to all of Tokyo as the Shinagawa station is just a 5 minute walk, across the street from the hotel. So very easy to catch the Narita Express for our trip home to the usa.

Basic and toiletries are clean and sufficient. The Jap bfast was good traditional taste and serving. Hver, the main dish of fish was small with too many bones. Hver good service that gives us good Jap atmosphere. Lastle the efficiency of booking .com. Close to Ginza for shopping. The nearby shops and eateries are good eg ramen (miso)

  Just about everything. Not only is it convenient from Haneda airport, I think it's really convenient from Narita airport too. Love the location, love the rooms. The sheets were super comfortable and the firmness of the bed was tip-top!   This is a big hotel. Located very close to Iidabashi subway station. Once we figured out the subway - in a day or so - this was very convenient. We were in and out a lot catching the subway from Iidabashi. There is a very nice bakery in the hotel. Lots of eating options all around including in the Kagurazka are which is five minutes away. I strongly recommend you this hotel in that I absolutely love to its very satisfied location, clean room service and comfortable atmosphere. In addition, although you d - location...its just a 5-minute walk from the main shibuya crosswalk and train station.but still in a quiet neighborhood (very walkable distance to yoyogi park for jogging)...you don't even have to go far to experience tokyo...since shibuya and its environs is a very happening place and the hotel is just a few blocks from that main area..lot of costumed locals you meet and mostly friendly and accommodating...breakfast is okay considering the price of 1.3k/pax...but you would only want to do this
