  The room was clean and nice with free multi-charger for my phone. There were also free onsen for men/women. The kids love going to the onsen. The free ramen at 9.30 pm everyday was delicious and the buffet breakfast was good with wide selections. The counter staff was very helpful with the city map and directions. The walk to the Otaru Canal was about 10 to - perfect location across from jr otaru station, fantastic spa with pajamas provided, comfortable beds, restaurants and shopping nearby, famous canal area short walk down main street, top-notch staff willing to go the extra mile to help make your stay worry free, free ramen noodles on cold nights during winter, free fresh coffee and hot tea daily in the lobby, one of the best values in all of japan in our opinion

  Extremely friendly and polite staff and very efficient! Check in and check out was professionally done. Guest relations was even more impressive - I was given clear directions to hotel from airport as it was my first trip to Sapporo. Also he go beyond his call of duty to get me a discount card for my Japanese meal! - The hotel is located in Susuk... vad folk säger » ino area and very near to the subway station. This area has lots of shopping place and ramen shop. Many ramen shops open very late. The hotel decoration is very nice and modern. The room is new and well-decor. There is an iphone charger provided too! Totally recommend this hotel.

  Very cheap price the location is excellent 1 min walking to asahikawa station and 1 min walking to shoping area lots of shops and resturant bus stops also 1 min walking distance from hotel the hotel room is small but very very comfertable and clean you have everything you need a nice comfertable bed and tv a desk with free cable internet (cable on... vad folk säger » ly there is no wifi) they also have cheap lundry service toilet is small but very clean and nice it have tooth brush and razor and towels and even sha - Comfortable, convenient, and affordable. It's an easy walking distance from the station and bus terminal, so it serves as a great base for exploring Asahikawa and the surrounding area, and it's also close to a number of restaurants and popular stores. I found the staff to be very kind and helpful, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. The bed and pillow were so soft and fluffy I didn't want to get up in the morning. Definitely a great deal!
