  I arrived earlier than their check-in time and most room are not ready yet. But they have a room ready for me. I took a red-eye flight from my home country and arrived at Osaka, tired and exhausted. And I desperately needed a shower and this "special" service made me feel really good!   Staff were very helpful whenever we asked them for something. Spoken English was better than at other hotels I have stayed at in Tokyo. Room was larger and more comfortable than the place I had come from in Tokyo, and it was clean and comfortable. The beds were great and 2 kinds of pillows were also a bonus.   The hotel is located near the river and near, but not on, a main street. There is a subway stop less than two blocks away and several convenience stores in the neighborhood. You should be aware that this is a typical Japanese business hotel which provides everything you need in a small space. It works fine but if you are sharing a room just be aware that both of you probably can't be walking around - 1) serviced by 2 subway lines which were few minutes walk to both 2) onsen facility at B1 which was great after all the walking around the city 3) clean amenities & staff were accommodating 4) informed them in advance about luggage storage for a few days and the reply was really quick
