I arrived earlier than their check-in time and most room are not ready yet. But they have a room ready for me. I took a red-eye flight from my home country and arrived at Osaka, tired and exhausted. The location is very near subway nagahoribashi station which is about 30
meters from the hotel (exit 5a). In front of the hotel there is 7 eleven
where you can buy drinks and light foods. The room has modern facilities
and wifi connection in the room is fast enough for me. What I like most
is that there is one halal muslim restaurant near by. As you get out
from hotel entrance, turn left and walk until you see H&M shop. The
restaurant, Ali's Kitchen, is on the right side of the road and you

Staff were very helpful whenever we asked them for something. Spoken
English was better than at other hotels I have stayed at in Tokyo. Room
was larger and more comfortable than the place I had come from in Tokyo,
and it was clean and comfortable. The beds were great and 2 kinds of

Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfy but little bit small but
you know it's japan, it has bath tub!, Breakfast was fairly good,
not far from subway station if you are a light traveller, aprox 5-10min

Very nice hotel, good value for money. It seemed oriented to business travellers, but had everything I needed. Close to Awaza st (subway line), convenience stores everywhere and some restaurants around. Staff spoke good english and was attentive. Had a lot of services (laundry, printer, vending machines, hot springs, etc.)

1. We got clean towels, robes, and new toothbrush everyday. Even we have
put "sleeping" sign, they still gave a bag with clean stuff
and hanged on door hanger. What a surprise.
2. Great location. You only need to take a few minutes walk away from subway.

I personally didn't stay here. I booked it for my mum and brother. But, I did get them signed in and when I dealt with the staff they were great and even though I was using Japanese I could here them speaking to other customers in clear English. My family enjoyed their stay here and had no complaints. Is in a perfect location for exploring Osaka and was a fantastic deal.
