  Everything was off-the-scale of excellence in this Japanese-style ryokan. The staff all fell over themselves to be welcoming and obliging -- they couldn't have been nicer. We were welcomed and shown to our room well before the official check-in time, given drinks and snacks. We were served the most delicious meals in our room. - Is good place for a couple who need privacy and relax. Staffs are good, very polite, friendly and helpful. The dinner was awesome, nicely decorated and delicious, lots of dishes and definately value for money.

  English speaking staff at reception. Beautiful Japanese style dinner with reasonable price. Hospitally service by all of their staff. An old lady taking good care of us with bed setting and dinner. We did check out in the morning then leave luggage in hotel to visit the bear park, later, weather change to snowing and chilly while we walk back to ... vad folk säger » hotel. The staff offer dry towel and hot tea once we step inside the lobby without asking. Very warm and touching service. - The staff was very accommodating. We were upgraded to a larger room which included a separate bedroom with two twin beds plus the tatami room which gave us the option of sleeping on futons. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and the staff accommodated our request to join the two rooms for meals to allow the four of us to eat together. The front desk went the extra step of driving us from the ryokan to the train station.
