  Love the hotel, nice modern clean room. Connecting rooms were an added advantage. Ski in and out facilities were very convenient. Rental services was very convenient, staffs were helpful and went out of the way to ensure that we had what we needed. With the lockers provided, equipment were conveniently stored. Kids love the place too. Onsen was a... vad folk säger » nice treat after a hard day of exercise. Place was clean and well-kept. However, it lacks the facial products after the bath which you see in other o - Good ski-in, ski-out; buffet breakfast is ok.. lots of Asian dishes, enough western options to start the day; helpful staff, although sometimes only with limited English at certain times of the day; get a corner room for adequate space with luggage
