  The onsen at the hotel is fantastic,views from hotel to die for and the staff could not do enough..close to major villages and easy access by road..winter ski facilities close at hand...room was very comfortable and vistas everywhere..most enjoyable stay! - we practically enjoy every corner n the ski facilities.   The hotel was conveniently located near the mountain resort, and also a great location for dining out and night-life around Hirafu Village. Despite the proximity to everything, the hotel featured a driver to provide transportation to any nearby location at no cost. The hotel is also extremely new and the facilities are clean and elegant.   we are giving full marks to the hotel. the staffs, the place, the food. everything is nearly perfect . just want to add if they could provide afternoon snacks in the mid food in the relaxing firing place would be excellent. The extreme relax in the outdoor onsen is the heaven. we are for use would come back . - Japanese feel..building style
