  Nice hotel with nice staff to take care of us. I love this place a lot. Decoration inside the hotel very nice. Lovely breakfast in the morning. The hotel close to Onsen Plase, just 2 min walk. and lovely RIN's restaurant near the hotel.

  The hotel was conveniently located near the mountain resort, and also a great location for dining out and night-life around Hirafu Village. Despite the proximity to everything, the hotel featured a driver to provide transportation to any nearby location at no cost. The hotel is also extremely new and the facilities are clean and elegant. Yotei from the room; the bed are soft and comfortable, all staffs can speak a good standard English, they are friendly and helpful. I take this opportunity of thanking them, especially is Mr Jung, he provided us many suggestions for the trip planning once we booked the hotel.
