  Love the hotel, nice modern clean room. Connecting rooms were an added advantage. Ski in and out facilities were very convenient. Rental services was very convenient, staffs were helpful and went out of the way to ensure that we had what we needed. With the lockers provided, equipment were conveniently stored.   Nice hotel with nice staff to take care of us. I love this place a lot. Decoration inside the hotel very nice. Lovely breakfast in the morning. The hotel close to Onsen Plase, just 2 min walk. and lovely RIN's restaurant near the hotel.

  The hotel was conveniently located near the mountain resort, and also a great location for dining out and night-life around Hirafu Village. Despite the proximity to everything, the hotel featured a driver to provide transportation to any nearby location at no cost. The hotel is also extremely new and the facilities are clean and elegant. I take this opportunity of thanking them, especially is Mr Jung, he provided us many suggestions for the trip planning once we booked the hotel.   we are giving full marks to the hotel. the staffs, the place, the food. everything is nearly perfect . just want to add if they could provide afternoon snacks in the mid food in the relaxing firing place would be excellent.
