It was a very clean and quiet japanese style house. The price was fair enough!!! The hosts were very friendly and kind. On the same day I left the guesthouse, I had to come back to the guesthouse from the airport because i've left something important there. The host kindly let me stay that one night for free. So clean. Good price. Quiet. Nice place. I would definitely go back!!!

  The owner was very friendly. He bought out two beautiful kimonos and a pair of samurai swords for us to try on and had mirrors positioned to get great reflective shots of my wife in the kimono. The royakan was clean and quiet. His directions to catch the train to the airport were accurate and easy to follow - in spite of our inability to speak J... vad folk säger » apanese. The local shopping mall, and huge "Gourmet" food store was a great place to buy last minute travel presents. A little nearby coffee shop/vint - The owner was extremely nice and helpful. It was fun to stay on a tatami mat and have an onsen like bathroom. You can't beat the price and it was a short cab ride into the main park in Nara.

  The owner was very kind and good to us. The room was lovely and big. The shower was also very good. The owner made us breakfast which was delicious and then gave us a lift in his car which was very very kind.
