  The Hotel is in a less crowded area of Tokyo and therefore very quiet in the nights. It is only a two minute walk to the Onarimon Metro station and three stations away from the Ginza area. The limousine bus from Narita also stops at the hotel so airport transfers are easy.   The hotel is placed right in front of the Tokyo tower, in the Shiba park, and it's right next the Zojo-ji temple. You can access within 5 minutes the E and I lines of the subway and get quickly to roppongi, ginza, and anywhere you need. The service is excellent - especially the staff working at conciergerie. We had a small issue with the toilet fl... vad folk säger » ushing and we were assisted within 15 minutes. Views are awesome. I suggest a corner room - not he cheapest but definitively worth the experience. Th - I stayed for 3 nights in a corner double room on the 27th floor. My rood did not have a view of Tokyo Tower, but it was not a big issue for me at all as it had a view of the Rainbow Bridge. The staff is of course very friendly courteous. The room was fairly spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was huge. I have no opinion as to the food as I had no chance to eat at any of those restaurants in the hotel. The bakery and convenient store on the lobby floor somewhat had a variety on the menu.

  The staff was excellent and everyone spoke really good English, the rooms are really spacious and western style, they are clean and have AC, lots of amenities, there's a small office on each floor where you can search the web have free coffee or other drinks, print documents and they have a massaging chair, you can read in there and they also have... vad folk säger » a small breakfast in there till 10:00 a.m. I think, the bathroom is spacious and comes with amenities, the tub is standard american size. And the toi - The hopsitality and efficiency of staff. Parking avalaible. The room size is ideal and bed is comfortable unlike the common hotels in Tokyo. Basic and toiletries are clean and sufficient. The Jap bfast was good traditional taste and serving. Hver, the main dish of fish was small with too many bones. Hver good service that gives us good Jap atmosphere. Lastle the efficiency of booking .com. Close to Ginza for shopping. The nearby shops and eateries are good eg ramen (miso)

  My room was quiet and comfortable. The bed, pillows, and bathroom were all excellent. The view from my 14th floor window, of Tokyo Tower, was very pretty. I appreciated the free toiletries, like toothbrushes and razors. The location near Hamamatsucho and Diamon stations was very convenient.   Our twin room was comfortable and quiet. Liked the fabric freshener that was provided in the closet.There are lots of eating places around the area on the way to Shimbashi station which is 15 walk away.   The room was very large (corner twin room), had a nice view, and it was spotless. The staff were helpful and very professional. The location is very convenient to reach any point in Tokyo (by Metro, railway, or walking). The hotel is in a quiet part of town, specially at night, but there are plenty of restaurants around if you want to walk to dinn... vad folk säger » er. It has great additional services such as a lounge with free tea and coffee 24/7, and free WIFI everywhere in the hotel. The result is very high va - Altough I wanted a non-smoking room but when I reserved with booking there was only smoking room, but when I arrived at the hotel I told them that I am not a smoker and they changed my room to a non-smoking floor, THEREFORE I will give them 10/10 for that! Clean Hotel! Very nice staff and helpful! quiet hotel and area comparing it with alot others. near Mita subway station 2min walk. I would definitely stay here again!

  location was great, direct line from the subway Daimon Station to Narita airport saves so much effort Good value for money, the package included buffet breakfast which had wide range of food and beverage.

  Quiet location but easily accessible to Shiodome and Shinbashi areas. It is a short walk to the monorail station if arriving from Haneda airport. It is possible to walk to Ginza area in 20mins. Hotel was clean and the rooms spacious for Tokyo standards. They now provide free WiFi in the rooms as well as wired internet.
