  Definitely not my first stay at a five star hotel but Tokyo Palace is indeed one of the best I have experienced.   Excellent stay. Rooms are spacious et very well furnished / designed (had a Premier room and an Executive suite). Service and staff are top notch. The service levels were the best, every staff catered to my every problem, they even accompanied me to the train station to help me out. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler visiting Tokyo!

  We were highly impressed and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Lovely efficient staff, gorgeous huge stylish rooms, extremely comfortable beds and linen.
