  The hotel staff is very kind and speak English well. We stayed 4 nights with a semi-double room, although room is small, it's OK for Asian. If you forget to bring your skin care product, don't worry, the hotel provide you KOSE lotion, emulsion and facial cleanser for free. Our room (situated ot the 17th floor) was spotlessly clean, equipped with everything we needed and the view was just gorgeous. The staff was really helpful. Tokyo station is reachable by foot (without luggages) accrossing the park, but reachable with metro in 15 minutes using the red and purple (Hanzomon line), the station name is the same (Hanzomon).   The hotel is perfectly located between two subway stations, which are within 10 minutes walk. It is also very close to city centre such as Diet Building, Tokyo Station and Ginza area.   The superior room has a fridge, 2 bottles of free water every day, sink, microwave (not in the standard room) and kettle. The bathroom was lovely with a great shower, loads of hot water, nice free toiletries and a heated toilet seat (they seem to have them everywhere in Japan). The hotel is quite central and only 4 stops - I just loved this hotel. It was the first hotel we stayed in Japan. The room was small but lovely! Our bathroom was great and everything was very clean- as everything is in Japan. They even provided facial treatment products for the ladies. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they printed maps for us and helped us with everything. The location is perfect, the underground is only a few meters away. Akasaka area is a great place to stay, it has everything, restaurants, shops, convenience sto
