  I stayed for 16 nights. i travelled alone. The hotel is very close to metro kayabacho station 2-3 min walk. There are several combinis close to hotel and a ramen place name tunderbird i recommend. you can also find a lot of place to eat near suitengumae station which takes 6-7 min walk. The breakfast was ok you can have jam, egg, tea, coffee, read... vad folk säger » y soup and several kind of breads. The staff is very helpful and smiling but not very good at english. The hotel and my room were very clean. In my ro - Breakfast was good. Umbrellas are provided for rainy days (just ask the front desk). Wifi was available unlike what was indicated on the letsbookhotel.com page. For JR pass travellers, take exit B1 from hatchobori station so you are already in the right direction to walk to the hotel... The Japanese tend to show maps upside down :-)

  The hotel was clean. Staff were friendly. They could speak in English better than several others. There is free water and ice on first floor. They provide night gown. Four elevators. When you get up in the morning, you would see lots of Japanese in business suit, getting ready to go to work. Only a few English speaking tourist.   I almost wish I had to stay longer. The stay was very pleasant. The staff was very helpful and spoke perfect english. This isn't a requirement for me, but it was very helpful as this was my first night in Tokyo. It's a nice 5 minute walk from the huge Shinagawa station. It's a great value. It's that kind of place. - This is an ideal choice for a young budget traveller who needs basic accommodation in order to be able to visit Tokyo. The small common room next to the reception that offers coffee for example for breakfast was appreciated. You have to be prepared to be considerate to others in order to maximize enjoyment of your stay. Staff will answer any questions you might have by email before you arrive. Single accommodation was a three tatamı room.
