The staff was very nice and kind, but I'm not the kind of
costumer that makes requests. The reception were very sofisticated
with a very nice design. The room had a great space and the design
was lovely too. The kitchenette was really helpful! It has everything
you need if you want to prepare your food in your room. They even

Stayed 11 nights in this wonderful city and had read about Citadines
Karasuma,indeed,it´s as most people say. Very comfortable and super
clean hotel. In one of the most busy avenues of Kyoto but when inside
what you really hear is just a slight traffic rumour. The room maids
where very good, altough I usually left the towels and kimono hanging
they nonetheless changed everyday. The fully equiped kitchenette is a
plus for a snack or light meal if you´re to tired to go out. Just

Everything was good. Comfortable bed, very nice onsen with indoor and
outdoor bath, sauna. Very clean. Breakfast is well worth the money, open
buffet style with plenty of choices (mainly japanese dishes). They have
noodle soup after 9 pm, free of charge!

Great location to visit Kyoto.
Rooms are nice and very functional.
Onsen, free ramen and Lawson direct access from the lobby.
Service staff was very good and pleasant. They have special commodities to keep your luggage before after check in/out (brought the luggage at our room after early check in and while we were out).

I stayed at Kyoto Tower Hotel for two nights during May. The greatest thing about this hotel is that it's very near to kyoto station and bus stop. So it's really easy for travellers to buy a one-day bus sight-seeing ticket to tour around all kyoto sights in convenience. And with JR pass, it's easy to travel to Nara and Osaka via railway. great place in a traditional style (we took Japanese room). Though not on the budget side of price and breakfast is not included in the rate, it is worth every penny paid. Very kind and knowledgeable staff ready to help with any request, additional events organized every week such as caligraphy in house course, sake tasting and others.

Very nice hotel. Clean, quiet, elegant and comfortable. Unlike most of the hotels we've visited in Japan, it is rather spacious and with a touch for detail. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they speak english pretty well. In fact, while we were in Kyoto we lost our digital camera, when the police found it, the hotel emailed us. When booking a room I asked for a quiet room, and this request has been dealt with in a most perfect manner possible - the view was over a cemetery. Hotel location is absolutely perfect, in pedestrianized Rokkaku-dori, just off the busy Kawaramachi-dori, with hotel being well shielded from traffic by a large UniQlo shop. The room was excellent, not too small, clean and nicely decorated. A beautiful an relaxing place to stay, good for holidays and for a business trip.

This is so good hotel. Very new, very modern, clean and well designed. Very nice breakfasts, free coffee all day long in lobby and very comfortable tables for work. Just one thing — they have that weird check in payment machines, but i am sure they will remove they soon. Very good hotel and very close to Kyoto Central Station — 5 min walk. Definitely and strongly recommended.
