  That is really nice and so cozy hostel in japaneese style, everything is here you need to stay for a couple days. - I liked that it was near the subway; it was clean; staff didn`t speak English, but this was ok.

  This guesthouse is amazing. It has been recently refurbished and everything is new, from the beautiful wooden floor to the bathroom. This Japanese house has a real local charm. The owner keeps the house extremely clean and is very approachable, always ready to help and has a great knowledge of the area and hidden gems! The bunk bed (men) I slept in was very confortable with 2 individual electric plugs on each of them to charge - This is the best guest house I ever experience in Japan. I would say the best of all. Highly recommended. The owner is very friendly, very helpful, could speak english fluently, know about all the must see places in Kyoto and even give direction clearly.   Small gesthouse, very clean and new, helpful staff, good location right in front of a bus stop, 10 minutes by bus to the train station, if you are on the first floor I recommend to use ear plugs because is close to the street and it could be a bit noisy. Perfect for a short stay in Kyoto - Starched bed sheets, stylish decor. Awesome location.
