  Staff always very welcoming and efficient. Location is excellent being right at a major transport hub. We appreciated the very easy access from both Narita and Haneda airports. On the 27th floor upwards so no noise.   Superb and convenient location with train station just next to hotel. Shopping malls and eateries are everywhere around. Room was very spacious and clean. Called house-keeping for child slippers for my daughters and were delivered within 10 minutes. Am very glad that we are going to stay there when we return from Hokkaido later this month. :) - The convenient location to train and subway lines. Also the many restaurants within the complex.   Glamorous hotel with a massive shopping area downstairs. Staff were prompt and polite and the room was good. Location is great with trains going to shinjiku only 4 stops away, or the sky tree 20 minutes or so the other way.   We love this hotel, it was very clean, comfort, convenient and well-trained staffs. Little quiet if compare with the other big city's location but we prefer staying at this hotel.   The room was very large (corner twin room), had a nice view, and it was spotless. The staff were helpful and very professional. The location is very convenient to reach any point in Tokyo (by Metro, railway, or walking). The hotel is in a quiet part of town, specially at night, but there are plenty of restaurants around if you want to walk to dinn... vad folk säger » er. It has great additional services such as a lounge with free tea and coffee 24/7, and free WIFI everywhere in the hotel. The result is very high va - Altough I wanted a non-smoking room but when I reserved with booking there was only smoking room, but when I arrived at the hotel I told them that I am not a smoker and they changed my room to a non-smoking floor, THEREFORE I will give them 10/10 for that! Clean Hotel! Very nice staff and helpful! quiet hotel and area comparing it with alot others. near Mita subway station 2min walk. I would definitely stay here again!

  The hotel is awesome! Like everywhere in Japan they care about these little details which make your stay comfortable! I had a room on a 22nd floor with a wonderful view. The room is not big, but it had everything I needed! The TV is big, so you can watch movies in the evening. There is a pot and tea/coffee facilities with free water in the fridge.... vad folk säger » I loved my blanket and pillow, very comfortable. The bath is new and equipped with everything you need, there are two shower cans for all your needs. - Got bus from airport & they dropped us outside hotel.Lobby is on 16th floor. The staff are lovely-very polite & professional. They helped us with the metro & kept our luggage after we checked out so we could go sight seeing. Close to Shimbashi Station & lots of great food around in the back streets.Had a fantastic view from our room on the 23rd floor. Super clean bathroom that included a great range of toiletries.   The staff was very helpfull and kind. We chose this hotel in the list of letsbookhotel.com because it was the first time we were going to visit Japan and the localization seemed to be easy for us to go around and the Limousine bus could leave us at the hotel. As it is common in big cities in Japan, there is a mini shopping arcade in connection to the subway station, where emergency shopping can be made :) Otherwise there is a "BIG CAMERA" store close-by, in case you dont have the time and energy to go to Akihabara.

  The hotel is placed right in front of the Tokyo tower, in the Shiba park, and it's right next the Zojo-ji temple. You can access within 5 minutes the E and I lines of the subway and get quickly to roppongi, ginza, and anywhere you need. The service is excellent - especially the staff working at conciergerie. I suggest a corner room - not he cheapest but definitively worth the experience. Th - I stayed for 3 nights in a corner double room on the 27th floor. My rood did not have a view of Tokyo Tower, but it was not a big issue for me at all as it had a view of the Rainbow Bridge. The staff is of course very friendly courteous. The room was fairly spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was huge. I have no opinion as to the food as I had no chance to eat at any of those restaurants in the hotel. The bakery and convenient store on the lobby floor somewhat had a variety on the menu.

  The rooms were very nice, very very comfortable beds. We had 2 rooms facing the garden. Loved the view. It wasn't that hard to find the hotel. Best free wifi signals, it deserves 2 thumbs up for that. Short walking distance to the tsukiji market, the staffs were very helpful. They have exclusive amenities which I love their scents so much. There were many restaurants - Our view!!!!! Our room looked out onto Tokyo Tower and if it was clear, Mt Fuji (which it wasn't clear, so we could only barely make out the outline.) With all the rooms above the 25th floor, the skyline view is guaranteed. We had easy access to all kinds of services in the surrounding malls (Pedi-Shiodome, and Carretta). There was easy access also to subway stations, with two nearby. The airport limousine bus brought us right to the hotel from Narita, with a nice view of the city on the way.

  The room was clean and well set out. Staff were very helpful and spoke good English. Although the room was small it had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We were given fresh towels every day and fresh bottles of water in the fridge. The location was excellent being next to Akihabara Station which made getting around easy. We will definitely be staying at the Remm Akihabara nex - The staff are really helpful and very polite. The room is clean and comfortable. The massage chair was superb! The hotel's location is perfect for tourists as well as those "otaku's" like myself ;). This was my second time in this hotel and will definitely come back again on my next trip to Japan next year. If you are in Akihabara and in need of a place to stay, don't look elsewhere. Remm Akihabara might just be the best one for you.
