  It is 10 min walk from both Osaka and Umeda stations or 3 min from the nearest underground. Room service was excellent - everything was spotless. All the reception staff spoke English with sufficient fluency. As my title states, it is near the Catholic church which also has Sunday masses in English. There are a few small food stores around as well... vad folk säger » . We had a room on the top floor overlooking Umeda Train Station. Every evening the city would lit up in spectacular fashion. Overall great experience - For the price the room was excellent. Though small like most hotels in Japan, it is slightly larger than the others we had stayed in ells where and it was very comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful and polite.

  Loved everything. Excellent service, breakfast very good, but there is room for improvement in comparison to other international hotels. Everything else, exceptional. Staff professional and welcoming. Beds firm and comfortable and pillows soft and luxurious. The Intercontinental Hotel was better (and a lot cheaper also).

  Excellent location,easy access to train & subway station, to the Kuromon fresh food market, shopping arcades, lots of good restaurants around. Very friendly and helpful staffs. The room is spacious, clean and well equipped especially a washer/ dryer, like a small home. When ever I go to Osaka I'll definitely choose to stay in Fraser Residence... vad folk säger » Nankai Osaka. Moreover, Kyoto, Kobe & Nara are near Osaka. This time I stayed there for 6 nights. - Location is exceptional, very near to Takashimaya, Dotonbori, Kurumon market and more. By taking Exit 4 at Namba station, follow the pathway leading to Takashimaya and walk towards Namba Park the cross the road, will get you to hotel. Discounted tickets to kaiyuan Aquarium and Hankyu tickets to KIX are sold at the reception. Staff are polite and helpful. We had a great time there and best of all, there is s washer cum dryer in the apartment.

  Good location, comfortable, quiet, complimentary drinks and light breakfast, fast check-out, plenty of food around the hotel, convenient walk from subway station and train station to Kansai - Friendly staff and good location.
