  When we stayed here it was the fourth leg of our honeymoon trip across Italy. On arrival we were taken aback at how beautiful the hotel was and its amazing central location. When we checked in we were pleasantly surprised, ad very happy, to be upgraded to a spectacular room. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. A huge variety of different food to choose from, all freshly made and - The location of this hotel was perfect, half way between the two main squares in Verona and just over a five minute walk to the Arena. The room was lovely and quiet. The bathroom was really large and well equipped. The room was really quiet. We didn't hear anything during our stay. Breakfast was great with lots of choice and scrambled eggs, which was a nice extra. Cold drinks and prosecco were free during the day until 5pm in the lounge are?   Set in the hills of Verona with amazing views. The design and architecture are superb. The owner Alberto welcomes you with a warm smile and makes you feel at home. We had a young family and stayed in the studio which was away from the main building, but never the less beautiful. It was truly luxurious. We stayed three days and felt sad to leave this special hotel. The breakfast was the most civilised we have ever had in a hotel. Mr. and Mrs Delser are great hosts. As for the service...the staff at the Palazzo Victoria understand very well the meaning of customer service and consistently deliver.   Very friendly hosting. We got upgraded to suite because rooms were full, and was amazing room. Outside there is a lot of space, and small farm animals. - The hotel is brand new. Very organized and clean. Staff very friendly. Good location.

  Ett mycket modernt och fint hotell. Priserna var bra, fast vi slog till på en tillsättning av priset. Men det skulle ändå vara vara värt priset.   Amazing hotel, services on the top, very helpful personnel. The room very comfortable and looking amazing. Big and romantic backyard. relaxing and lovely. Free shuttle from the railway station and a lot of additional service u can get in the hotel. - Maria was fantastic. She greeted us with a small snack and a cafe.
