Where to start? This hotel offers 5 star service. The people here would have to be the friendliest in Italy. They go the extra mile to help with a smile on their face. One even drove us to the nearby shopping centre as we are not keen on driving. The shopping centre is an easy (for some) 5 min drive away and the bus to the arena (city centre) is a 2 min walk with buses leaving every 15 mins and running late into the night. The staff accomodated an additional person easily. The room was much more spacious than others we've stayed at in Italy. 2km walk into town, no problems at all.

Fantastically located on Piazza Erbe, with wonderful and relaxing balcony overlooking the square where my 80 year old aunt could read her papers and relax with a coffee or drink while my kids and I explored. Perfect. Everyone in the hotel was so friendly and helpful.

I liked everything about the hotel Aurora.
My room was perfect with a view of the piazza, the bathroom big enough and the breakfast out on the little terrace was just beautiful.
The staff were friendly and very helpful and talk about location location location. The hotel is close to all the sites and some realyl great shopping.

We found Park Hotel Elefante at the last minute and I'm so glad we
did. We arrived late and were relieved to find that the hotel had a
restaurant where we had a great meal at a reasonable price. Location was
just outside of Verona and was extremely peaceful in comparison. Staff
were more than friendly and helpful and would recommend the hotel whole
heartedly.

Hotellets beliggehet var helt perfekt, både väldigt nära till "gamla city" och väldigt enkelt att hitta. Ett jätte fint hotel med trevlig personal. - Trevlig personal, lungt och behagligt trots centralt läge. Toppen att de har cyklar som man kan låna utan extra kostnad... perfekt att utforska staden via cykelsadeln!
