  Very nice hotel! Very clean, very helpful stuff. The lady on reception is amazingly nice. She pointed for us on the map all the best places to eat and enjoy a glass of wine. Great location, two steps from the main shopping street and sites. Funny elevator - extremely slow, but you don' t really need it except when you bring your luggage. The Staff are very polite and helpful. The room is very clean and completed with all facilities that you may need. When you step out of your room you can hear classic music remembering you why you are there. looking forward for the next year!

  Set in the hills of Verona with amazing views. The design and architecture are superb. The owner Alberto welcomes you with a warm smile and makes you feel at home. We had a young family and stayed in the studio which was away from the main building, but never the less beautiful. It was truly luxurious. We stayed three days and felt sad to leave this special hotel. The breakfast was the most civilised we have ever had in a hotel. Mr. and Mrs Delser are great hosts.   Very friendly hosting. We got upgraded to suite because rooms were full, and was amazing room. Outside there is a lot of space, and small farm animals. - The hotel is brand new. Very organized and clean. Staff very friendly. Good location.

  The location is excelent, 5 minutes walking to Arena. The rooms are big and comfortable and the owner is very nice and helpfull. A problem: room nr.1 is very close to the kitchen, so if there's some activity you will hear everything. But the owner was nice and changed our room after one night. Great time, fantastic cappuccino! - Amazing.Seriously, the room was so nice much more than a "hostel style"..Do not worry if from the outside the flat look grey and strange..inside it is so lovely and everything is so detailed..I Have been is some for 3-4 stars hotel much worse..Breakfast is always on and included and I loved my room.. More over the staff was so useful to help while I was searching for my lost mobile phone..such a nice guy!
