- Location is right in the centre of the city (Piazza Bra). But it`s not
really close to railway station, if you have a luggage it`s better to
take a taxi (7,5 eur).

our family stayed at Opera Relais De Charme for the second time and it was amazing as the first one. The Staff are very polite and helpful. The room is very clean and completed with all facilities that you may need. When you step out of your room you can hear classic music remembering you why you are there.

The apartment cannot be more central! It is amazing, cozy and very posh. For those who are thinking that some hotel can be better because of a restaurant or support from a reception are wrong. When you go down stairs from the apartment there are a lot of restaurants for any taste plus the guy Julio who is meeting guests is better that any receptionist in any hotel. He is helping with everything and if you call him he can be there any minute;) thanks a lot for an amazing stay;)

Fantastically located on Piazza Erbe, with wonderful and relaxing balcony overlooking the square where my 80 year old aunt could read her papers and relax with a coffee or drink while my kids and I explored. Perfect. Everyone in the hotel was so friendly and helpful.

My room was perfect with a view of the piazza, the bathroom big enough and the breakfast out on the little terrace was just beautiful.
The staff were friendly and very helpful and talk about location location location. The hotel is close to all the sites and some realyl great shopping.

We were very happy with Residenzia La Ricciolina. The manager, Dominique, was very helpful and stayed back to help us in at 1930 on a Friday evening. The apartment was pleasant and quiet even though it was on a busy thoroughfare. There is a busy restaurant next door which was very convenient. Verona was a short drive away. We wished we could have stayed an extra couple of days in Verona but we would be very happy to stay there again in the future.

Our stay was a very pleasant experience. Pierpaolo was incredibly friendly and helpful. The b&b is a 7 minutes slow walk from the arena, and there are plenty of bars and cafeterias on the way.

Only two rooms in a lovely appartment, complete with wood panelled walls and antique/quirky mix of old and modern. Pierrepaulo the host could not have been more helpful. This is a very individual and personalised service from the owner/manager that you would not get at a large hotel. Individual breakfast included luxury croissants and home made produce. Car parking issecure, and at no extra cost. Very central, a short walk of only 250- 300 yards to main historic area.Highly recommended !!

From arrival to departure the staff were excellent and helpful, all reception staff spoke good English. The bedroom was large and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, a continental buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. The hotel is close to the old city centre and is close to the arena.
