  The set-up is a bit weird, there is no actual hotel lobby. Instead you are given keys by the staff of the Ippoppotamo restaurant. But, then you are led to the back of the hotel and to your own private room and wow! The hotel isn't cheap but it surely is worth every cent! From the friendly staff, the amazing ala carte breakfast (it's like buffet a... vad folk säger » ctually, where you can eat as much as you want, except that the food is served by the waitresses, amazing pizza omelette and chocolate muffins), the b - - Location is right in the centre of the city (Piazza Bra). But it`s not really close to railway station, if you have a luggage it`s better to take a taxi (7,5 eur). - The room was big, clean, quiet and very stylish as well. - The staff was friendly. Thanks to manager Nadia, she is very nice. - After check-in i found a big plate of fruits on the table, I had a very tiring train trip before, so it was really nice to find something fresh to eat before a dinner and to have a rest in a clean fr

  Our room in the spa annex of the hotel was wonderful. On the top floor with goregous beams and fantastic decor. The staff were all really helpful and friednly. Breakfast was served downstairs in the main hotel and was very nice. The location is great - a few minutes walk from the fantastic Piazza Bra and the Arena.   Absolutely wonderful staff who provided great recommendations for eating out and getting around the city, and just extremely friendly. Our room was very spacious and attractive, and the rooftop patio provided a wonderful view of Verona. There is a shuttle bus, which you need to book, and bus is cheap and not far.... This hotel would in my opinion cost more than twice as much if - Excellent hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed stay. Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Extremely clean and staff helpful. Good breakfast. Indoor pool available until 9pm. 3.5km to the city centre, but shuttle bus available and public bus stop directly outside the hotel.
