  The two-bedroom suite was great. The rooms were large and nicely decorated. The bathroom had an additional room with a 2nd sink, so two adults could easily get cleaned up. The hotel is very convenient to St. Mark's Square just by crossing the Grand Canal via traghetto, and then walking a couple of blocks.   We stayed in this lovely hotel for 2 days celebrating our wedding anniversary.It was fantastic, the room beautiful, comfortable,the amenities really nice.It was spacious,the furniture marvellous. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. There is free tea, coffee, and cookies 24h in the lobby and the free breakfast is perfect. The hotel has every amenity you could possibly want. The location is great - not very close to the attractions but less than a 15 minute walk to any of the major landmarks.

  We had the room with a balcony over looking the canal. Nice to watch the boats, gondolas coming and going. We got a water taxi in front of train station and it took us right to hotel door. It was close to main places of interest. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Nice ambience.   Excellent location and standard of room - delightful quiet part of Venice, very helpful staff - Umberto met us at the vaporetto stop and helped us get our bags to the hotel. The room was gorgeous with beautiful canopied bed and large bathroom all just completed.

  Perfect location for relaxing after sightseeing! Staying on this wonderful Yacht was like coming home... thank you Nelly for excellent service, cool drinks (very reasonable prices) and the fresh fruits!   Nära till tågstationen - Vi bokade superiorrum till sänkt pris och det var verkligen fint. rymligt och svalt + frächt badrum. Väldigt nära centralstationen. Vi hade rum mot bakgarden och hörde inga störande ljud. (kyrkklockorna kl 7 var bara trevliga.)

  Although this was not close to the train station and it is quite expensive to travel on the water taxi to get to the hotel, it was in a great location close to Piazza San Marco and the lovely quiet area and gardens of St. Elena. The suite is very spacious with high ceilings, 50" tv, 2 balconies, jacuzzi. It is very quiet area. The owner is sympatic. He speaks various languages.

  Excellent location, quiet yet only few minutes from San Marco. Apartment 106 was spacious, four of us with 16 and 18 year old had a double room, small single room and a sofa bed in the living area. If you want a view of the - The appartment was very new, very clean with two bathrooms (one for the kids) and a separated bed room with bathroom for the parents. Perfect for a familiy. Supermarket around the corner helps to keep the budget in check (Venice restaurants are expensive and nothing special to be honest). The staff (Guido) was very friendly and helpful. The place is pretty well situated and they have several appartments. Many things are within 10 minutes walking distance (Rialto bridge, St Marcus), but you can

  Davide was very helpful with all our questions before and during our stay. Everyone else there was also very pleasant. A very quiet place, especially for the great location between San Marco and Rialto Bridge. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed quite comfy. Wi-fi worked and it was nice to have someone at the desk until 7:00. We wo - Location is great! It takes just 5 minutes to reach San Marco, the same time you will need to walk to Realto, and 20 minutes leisurely to Train Station S.Lucia. But the most important thing is friendly considerate personnel!

  although the guesthouse's entrance is located in a funny little alleyway, and you have to carry your bags up 2 flights of stairs yourself (no lift), our room was big and comfortable. We liked the location. Also, the guesthouse is located next to a vibey piazza where all the artsy locals hang out, so - This hotel was fairly close to everything. Hotel was close to a square with many restaurants and bars. Room was clean and air conditioned. Room was not fancy but was fine and the hotel was a good value. Staff did not speak English but were still nice.
