  We stayed in this lovely hotel for 2 days celebrating our wedding anniversary.It was fantastic, the room beautiful, comfortable,the amenities really nice.It was spacious,the furniture marvellous. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. There is free tea, coffee, and cookies 24h in the lobby and the free breakfast is perfect. The hotel has every amenity you could possibly want. The location is great - not very close to the attractions but less than a 15 minute walk to any of the major landmarks.

  We had the room with a balcony over looking the canal. Nice to watch the boats, gondolas coming and going. We got a water taxi in front of train station and it took us right to hotel door.   Excellent location and standard of room - delightful quiet part of Venice, very helpful staff - Umberto met us at the vaporetto stop and helped us get our bags to the hotel. The room was gorgeous with beautiful canopied bed and large bathroom all just completed.

A very quiet place, especially for the great location between San Marco and Rialto Bridge. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed quite comfy. It takes just 5 minutes to reach San Marco, the same time you will need to walk to Realto, and 20 minutes leisurely to Train Station S.Lucia. But the most important thing is friendly considerate personnel!
