  Be sure to ask for the room on the upper floors with a view. The view is spectacular from up there and the walk up (no elevator) is worth the hike. The breakfast is good and the people polite. You are right in the center of the old town and the evening bar next door is good for a nightcap or snack.   The hostess was great and the breakfast food and coffee were a greatstart to the day. The rooms were large and the views were great. The busstop is nearby, though we took our car into Sienna for more flexability.Would reccommend this to everyone, a great experience all around. The use of the common guest area kitchen area was extremely useful during a few meals.

  It's a brand new place furnished with exceptional taste. Charming old villa with a large beautiful garden at the guest's disposal. Superb breakfast, and great location. The service and the warm, friendly welcome was truely unique! I would not only widely recommend this place to anyone but already planning our return. Rooms were spacious, and shared bathroom was large and modern. Only 3 rooms in the villa means not a lot of people going in and out. Our hostess was very enthusiastic and helpful and served us breakfast in the garden. We loved the location just outside the city walls but only 10 mins. walk.

  The location of this B&B is fantastic, and so are the views from the balcony. The first thing that I noticed as soon as I entered the apartment was its atmosphere and cleanliness. The apartment has fully equipped kitchen, so you can make your meals there if you want. Although at first he did not speak much English, we managed to communica - We loved our stay at the Simonetta B&B. Although a little difficult to locate at first, Simonetta Gianni met us in the square and promptly took our luggage to the top floor of a B&B in the heart of Sienna with wonderful views of rooftops and the tower. The breakfast was simple but was more than enough. The apartment villa that we stayed in could easily fit a family of 5 and has a private bathroom. I highly recommend this B&B. Chris D, CT, USA

  First, I need to explain that this is like a house or apartment with a small living room and kitchen area and then several floors of rooms with shared bathrooms inside of a larger building that houses other residences and some offices, as well. It is not a hotel, per se. Having the shared bathroom was not really a problem...I think there was onl... vad folk säger » y one other room occupied on my floor and so it really was almost as if I had my own bathroom. One could use the kitchen (put items in the refrigerat - A bit of a find, this - right in the centre of Siena, the many stairs lead to a top floor maze of linked apartments managed from the floor below. Astonishing views from both communal areas and some rooms. Kitchen extremely well set up and spacious - could happily cook a family meal here if travelling on a budget. Theres even a freezer. Owners good-natured and helpful eg: allowed us to leave bags there on last day to pick up later.

  The location was fantastic, really central to everything. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was quaint with wonderful beamed ceilings. I loved the mixture of old and new. The bathroom was spotless and very modern with free toiletries( which actually were lovely) . The outside seating area was lovely and would be a great place to enjoy a nice chilled bottl - Location was perfect for exploring Sienna! Right in the middle of everything, but still a tranquil haven by night. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, comfortable, and newly renovated, breakfast was low key but lovely and could be enjoyed on a pretty trellised terrace. Would definitely recommend to friends and stay again.

  Great location and value for the money. the room was right near Piazza del Campo and we had the added advantage of enjoying the Onda's celebration for their Palio victory. The breakfast was nice and the room was suitable for our needs. The best part of the trip was the hospitality of Anissa.
