A bit of a find, this - right in the centre of Siena, the many stairs lead to a top floor maze of linked apartments managed from the floor below. Astonishing views from both communal areas and some rooms. Kitchen extremely well set up and spacious - could happily cook a family meal here if travelling on a budget. Theres even a freezer. Owners good-natured and helpful eg: allowed us to leave bags there on last day to pick up later.

Friendly and very helpful staff - all staff that we came in contact were very approachable and willing to give of their time to help with directions etc. - Clean, nice car parking, close to bus stop that takes you to central Siena in short ride of about 10 to 15 minutes

If you want to feel the atmosphere of a small, typical medieval city, this hotel gives you everything you need. Located on a narrow street, it is part of the fine city-fabric and is right next to the main square. The staff is great, ready to help, polite and friendly. I even got a 120€ parking ticket and they helped me reduce it to 40€. Hats down to you guys.

A fabulous place to stay in Siena. We loved being out in the countryside although only 10 minutes by bus into the old city with bus every 15 minutes just opposite the Villa. We stayed in the Dependance apartment and it was immaculate. I have never stayed in an apartment so clean. Our 1-year-old was able to crawl around without concern for her being covered in dirt. Cooking staples were provided for you, coffee and tea were provided, ample linens for everyone, and the private garden was perfect for our 4-year-old to burn off her energy or have outdoor meals. The bus really does stop right outside the villa's door and the trip is easy to do with two children, strolle

Location was perfect for exploring Sienna! Right in the middle of everything, but still a tranquil haven by night. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, comfortable, and newly renovated, breakfast was low key but lovely and could be enjoyed on a pretty trellised terrace. Would definitely recommend to friends and stay again.

basic and budget oriented. The room was sparse of decorations; but
clean, neat and livable. It is an easy 20 minute walk downhill from the
central train station with luggage. Plan for the uphill return trip if
you don't take luggage. And it is within easy walk of the old city.
