The location of the apartment was excellent, near the via Veneto, just a
few minutes walk from city center and very near Borghese gardens.
Landlord was friendly and helpful and the rooms are new comfy and clean.
The neighborhood is very charming, pleasant and silent in the evening,

The people were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy there. The place had high ceilings and a very comfortable bed. The shower was in the room but it had a screen for privacy. Nice balcony that overlooked street. In good neighborhood and too far from things. The bedding was very nice. We would stay there again because we enjoyed the neighborhood atmosphere.

The Best Sistine is in great location. it very convenient to anywhere. just 7-8 minutes walking to Vatican and 15-20 minutes to the city centre and you could walk back to BB anytime.The room was very clean and the breakfast was better than we expected. would recommend it. -

We loved staying at the Five Oscars Inn. Massimo was a great host, from
arranging the car to and from the airport and helping us navigate the

1. Hospitality - Massimo was amaising! We were arriving very late and he arranged a car for our trip which was a very good advice indeed! His recommendations for the restaurants are stellar. We were running a marathon on Sunday and he even prepared us breakfast in our room so we could have it earlier than when the restraurant openned. He is really a great host!

best to get to the hotel from the airport in advance. Room and all
amenities were clean. Twin beds were small but comfy. Very quite inside

The most outstanding service one could imagine. We were amazed by the effort Franco made to ensure that we were accomodated like queens and we felt there like at home. The room had a beautiful interior, it was very comfortable and clean. The perfect choice we can sincerely recommend to everybody. Honestly this hotel was not like I expected. So nice, very clean, everything is available, near the bus and the metro station.
The owner Alberto is a great gentle person. He picked me up from the station and returned me as well because of the rain he smiles all the time and very friendly, from the bottom of my heart I thank him and wish him more success with his rooms.

Close to train station and other transportation options. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was nice, quiet, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was especially nice. Very clean, well stocked with towels and toilitries and kept wonderfully heated during my entire stay. The breakfast provided was adequate and located in a lovely area on the top floor, making it very airy and bright.

Absolutely perfect. Located just around the corner from termini and beside metro stop it was very easy to move around the city.
The apartment was so clean and spacious. Our bedroom was perfect , nice and cool, nice touch was a mini fridge in our room. We didn't hear anyone else in the apartment even though we know other people were staying.

We are absolutely fascinated by the administrator Mabel, which prompted, helped and was always kind and smiling.
I like everything: clean rooms, air conditioning and fan, clean comfortable bathroom (even though it was separate from the room), breakfast with everything we need.
The hotel's location is also great - from the Termini station you can easily get to other parts of Rome, other cities and regions of Italy as well as to airports.
