1. Hospitality - Massimo was amaising! We were arriving very late and he arranged a car for our trip which was a very good advice indeed! His recommendations for the restaurants are stellar. We were running a marathon on Sunday and he even prepared us breakfast in our room so we could have it earlier than when the restraurant openned. He is really a great host!

The most outstanding service one could imagine. We were amazed by the effort Franco made to ensure that we were accomodated like queens and we felt there like at home. The room had a beautiful interior, it was very comfortable and clean. The perfect choice we can sincerely recommend to everybody. THANK YOU VERY MUCH also for the great help with organising the birthday surprise for my child and the delicious cake prepared! Our best wishes and more than many thanks!

Bravissimo il proprietario il Sig. Alberto, tiene molto alla sua attività e alla clientela, e cura nei dettagli tutti i servizi, la pulizia e l'accoglienza.

anche se in un quartiere popolare come Primavalle con i suoi pregi e difetti ,la struttura è perfetta carina confortevole e rilassante a vederla pulizia scrupolosa direi da 4/5 stelle Alberto poi ti mette subito a tuo agio,ti fa sentire veramente a casa propria;nelle vicinanze c'è tutto dagli alimentari ai bar ai ristoranti con cucina locale e anche parco giochi per bimbi...insomma merita nel vero senso della parola ci tornerò volentieri

Close to train station and other transportation options. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was nice, quiet, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was especially nice. Very clean, well stocked with towels and toilitries and kept wonderfully heated during my entire stay. The breakfast provided was adequate and located in a lovely area on the top floor, making it very airy and bright.

Absolutely perfect. Located just around the corner from termini and beside metro stop it was very easy to move around the city.
The apartment was so clean and spacious. Our bedroom was perfect , nice and cool, nice touch was a mini fridge in our room. We didn't hear anyone else in the apartment even though we know other people were staying.

We are absolutely fascinated by the administrator Mabel, which prompted, helped and was always kind and smiling.
I like everything: clean rooms, air conditioning and fan, clean comfortable bathroom (even though it was separate from the room), breakfast with everything we need.
The hotel's location is also great - from the Termini station you can easily get to other parts of Rome, other cities and regions of Italy as well as to airports.
