  bra läge. Rent och fräscht, trevlig personal - Läget utmärkt. Stort hotellrum, kändes aldrig trångt trots 4 personer i rummet. Bordsreserveringen i det lilla frukostrummet fungerade bra. Personalen var mycket vänlig och tillmötesgående, talade god engelska. Vi trivdes!

  The staff was extremely friendly and willing to display us the options for nice cafes and restaurants in Rome. It was nice having our breakfast outdoors at a nice cafe. The room was very clean and the bathroom recently renovated. It was well suited, near to Termini station and at the same time safe until late at night because of the crowded street... vad folk säger » s.   Nice room, very good location-just few minutes from central train station and centre, polite staff. Room was clean and comfortable. If I go to Rome again - I will with pleasure take the same hotel. - It is situated within easy walking distance from the Roma Termini Station and most touristic landmarks. Good value for money and clean.

  Close to Termini Station and easy to find. Staff was very friendly and help a lot with all questions. Amazing elevator. Never seen before so small and old. Good budget hotel with excellent cleaner's work( 5-6 new towels every day) Freezer at room. Breakfast in Rick's cafe 3-5 minutes walk from Hotel , but for my children that was real pleasure ( s... vad folk säger » mall work for sweet cake and juice) . Very quiet area around hotel and safety. We liked our week staying at that hotel! - No frills but comfortable accommodation. Good value for money and very close to Termini station. Breakfast is served at a cafe a couple of streets away (It is a simple coffee and pastry but that is what you will find every where). There is also a pleasant courtyard for sitting out in the evening.

  The place is actually an apartment turned into a nice Bed & Breakfast. It is located on the last floor of the 7 story building right next to Vatican wall and 5min from St Peter’s, very central! The staff is great and very helpful. There seem to be only 3-4 rooms. The rooms are good size with nice decor, air conditioner, new bathroom with sho... vad folk säger » wer, fridge, safe and TV. One or two of the rooms has fantastic view on St Peter’s Basilica. My room was facing the inner yard of the building.   The staff are by far the biggest asset in this hotel. We were greeted by Raphaella who could not have been more helpful throughout our stay. On one night we had an issue getting our mobile to work which given we had left our two small children with their grand parents was an issue. Located very close to the Vatican and right in the middle of two metro stations ( - We stayed 3 nights at Fabio Massimo and really enjoyed our stay there. The staff were really friendly and since there were only about 9 rooms (I think) the level of service was exceptional. Breakfast was good and the hotel was really close to some good restaurants.
