  L'accueil est absolument parfait et voilà, assurément, un des hôtels lesmieux tenus de l'Esquilin. A deux pas de Termini, où les lignes du métrose croisent, à trois minutes de Sainte Marie Majeure et de SaintePrassède, à cinq minutes de Sainte Marie des Anges, à un petit quartd'heure du Colisée (où on pourrait du reste se rendre à métro), l'hôtelOr... ce que les gens disent » landa est très bien situé. Bref, parfait ! - Un accueil chaleureux. Disponibilité de toute l'équipe, attentive à nosdemandes. Par exemple, nous indiquer les bus à prendre, nous suggérerdes visites que nous n'avions pas prévues. Nous avons même eu un guideen prêt ! Le personnel fait de son mieux pour parler le français (etnous pour parler l'italien!). Le petit déjeuner était très bien.

  The staff was extremely friendly and willing to display us the options for nice cafes and restaurants in Rome. It was nice having our breakfast outdoors at a nice cafe. The room was very clean and the bathroom recently renovated.   Nice room, very good location-just few minutes from central train station and centre, polite staff. Room was clean and comfortable. If I go to Rome again - I will with pleasure take the same hotel. - It is situated within easy walking distance from the Roma Termini Station and most touristic landmarks.   Close to Termini Station and easy to find. Staff was very friendly and help a lot with all questions. Amazing elevator. Never seen before so small and old. Good budget hotel with excellent cleaner's work( 5-6 new towels every day) Freezer at room. Very quiet area around hotel and safety. We liked our week staying at that hotel! - No frills but comfortable accommodation. Good value for money and very close to Termini station. Breakfast is served at a cafe a couple of streets away (It is a simple coffee and pastry but that is what you will find every where). There is also a pleasant courtyard for sitting out in the evening.

  The place is actually an apartment turned into a nice Bed & Breakfast. It is located on the last floor of the 7 story building right next to Vatican wall and 5min from St Peter’s, very central! The staff is great and very helpful. There seem to be only 3-4 rooms.   The staff are by far the biggest asset in this hotel. We were greeted by Raphaella who could not have been more helpful throughout our stay. On one night we had an issue getting our mobile to work which given we had left our two small children with their grand parents was an issue.
